Ercin Eksin is the co-founder of Lidya: a digital fintech lender with operations in Africa and Europe, which allows SMEs in fast-growing economies to access financing and build a credit score within 24 hours.  Prior to Lidya, Ercin co-founded Africa Courier Express, an eCommerce delivery company and is the former co-CEO of Jumia Nigeria and COO of Jumia Africa where he managed operations for Jumia across six African countries.  Ercin’s prior experience includes Rocket Internet where he served as a Director of Global Operations and Toyota in Belgium where he specialized in advanced research in electronics.

Ercin holds a degree in electrical engineering with honours from METU and has an MBA from the University of Chicago-Booth.
