
H&H Group has announced its 2022 annual results and achieved revenue growth across all its business segments, including Baby Nutrition and Care, Adult Nutrition and Care, and Pet Nutrition and Care.
Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1112. HK) reported revenue growth of 10.6% to RMB12,775.9 million in 2022, with adjusted EBITDA growth of 6.5% across all three business segments. The Baby Nutrition and Care segment grew by 1.1%, the Adult Nutrition and Care segment grew by 12.5%, and the Pet Nutrition and Care segment grew by 20.9%. The company maintained a stable annual dividend payout ratio of 50% and made significant strides in sustainability progress. The mainland China market, which accounted for 74.9% of the total revenue, achieved growth of 6.4% on a like-for-like basis, and the Adult Nutrition and Care segment remained the largest contributor to total revenue. In the Australian and New Zealand market, the Adult Nutrition and Care segment achieved double-digit revenue growth of 11.7%. Health and Happiness aim to become a global leader in family nutrition and wellness by offering superior products and aspirational brands.
