NOCCO becomes Official Functional drink partner of the IHF Men’s / Women’s World Championships 2023

 

The Swedish functional beverage brand NOCCO expands its commitment to handball and becomes an Official Functional drink partner of both men’s and women’s IHF World Handball Championships 2023. The IHF Men’s World Championship 2023 will be held in Sweden and Poland, between January 11 to 29. It will be an event of global scale, with an expected cumulative TV/streaming audience of over 1,2 billion, and 1 million total spectators attending the arenas. In December 2023, NOCCO will also be an official event partner of the IHF Women’s World Handball Championship which will be played in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

The partnership was brokered by the global sports marketing agency SPORTFIVE who is responsible for the marketing rights for all World Championships of the International Handball Federation (IHF) until 2031, starting with the 2023 Handball World Championships in Sweden and Poland as the first major event.

During the men’s championship, NOCCO will be present at all arenas and at several related events. NOCCO will arrange several events and competitions, both for visitors and online via social media. The functional beverage brand has already partnered with more than 20 handball players across Europe.

Gáspár Incze is the youngest member of the team. Currently a university student, he is studying management at Babeș-Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Gáspár participated in several social initiatives, having volunteered as a tour guide at the Teleki Castle in the village of Gornești and currently working at ÉRTED, a Transylvanian Hungarian student initiative committed to community work, mainly in the cultural, scientific, economic, and environmental areas.
