ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), the global body for professional accountants, recently hosted a panel discussion on ‘Attracting, Developing and Retaining talent: Roadmap for 2022 and beyond’.
The panellists discussed and shared insights on how organisations are tackling the ‘Great Resignation’ and their strategies to attract and retain talent.
The discussion helped deepen ACCA’s relationship with existing and prospective employers and also highlighted the benefits of ACCA’s online Career Navigator.
The speakers were Helen Brand, chief executive of ACCA alongside Mr. David MC Daniel, CFO of Nestle South Asia region and Executive Director & CFO of Nestle India Ltd. and Mr. S Santhanakrishnan, Managing Partner – PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP .
