Hyundai Motor Presents Vision of Unlimited Mobility Enabled by Robotics and Metaverse at CES 2022

 

Hyundai Motor Company will take the stage at CES 2022 to showcase its future vision for robotics and the Metaverse under the main theme of ‘Expanding Human Reach’. The company’s CES press event will take place on January 4, 2022, from 3:00to 3:45 p.m. PST at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, 2F Oceanside D. The event will also be live-streamed via the company’s YouTube channel (link).

Hyundai Motor Company will present its future vision for robotics and the metaverse under the main theme of ‘Expanding Human Reach’.

At CES 2022, Hyundai Motor will showcase how the company’s robotics division will drive the paradigm shift toward the mobility of the future, transcending traditional modes of transportation and fulfilling humanity’s quest for unlimited freedom of movement.

Under the main theme of ‘Expanding Human Reach’, Hyundai Motor will present its vision of how robotics will complete the metaverse by connecting the virtual world with reality as a medium, ultimately overcoming the physical limits of movement in terms of time and space.

Hyundai Motor will also unveil its new PnD (Plug & Drive) robotics platform as part of the new Mobility of Things (MoT) concept, which aims to enable mobility in everything from traditionally inanimate objects to communal spaces.

Visitors to CES 2022 will be able to experience how robots can drive mobility in the real world at the company’s booth, and get a glimpse of the future robotics society that will enable transportation between the virtual and real worlds.

The company will also exhibit its robotic products, including the recently introduced Mobile Eccentric Droid (MobED), as well as Boston Dynamics’ Spot® and AtlasTM. Robot demonstrations and dance performances will also be featured at the Hyundai Motor booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall #5818, January 5-8.
