Kleckner has spent the last 30 years specializing in healthcare RCM and operational excellence for physician groups, specialty services, and a diverse platform of hospitals and health systems across the country. She is well known and respected in the healthcare community for her commitment to building long-lasting customer relationships and for her ability to implement transformational delivery models, inspire outstanding team performance, and deliver exceptional results.

At Kemberton, Kleckner is responsible for onboarding new clients, documenting and measuring performance against customer KPIs, and delivering on the entire customer experience. With Advocacy as one of the core tenants of Kemberton’s CARE Pledge to customers, Kleckner will ensure no stone is left unturned to help patients find resources and a path to payment that reduces their financial burden.

Prior to that, Kleckner had a tenured revenue cycle career of 23 years with Conifer Health Solutions and its predecessor entities of ARS, Perot Systems, and Dell RCM, holding executive leadership roles in Sales, Client Delivery, and Operations.
