ConvergeHEALTH Patient Connect™ will serve as the foundation of Amgen’s patient services strategy

 

Deloitte today announced the debut of a global initiative with Amgen to launch an integrated patient services platform powered by ConvergeHEALTH Patient Connect™. The cloud-based, scalable platform will help Amgen bring disparate patient services together and provide a connected engagement experience for its patients.

ConvergeHEALTH Patient Connect enables customer-centered patient engagement by improving patient experience, accelerating access to therapy, and increasing insights into patient needs and preferences. The capabilities and flexible configurability of ConvergeHEALTH Patient Connect will facilitate consolidation of multiple global systems into one platform to enhance Amgen’s ability to deliver consistent, high-touch customer experiences across channels. As Amgen works to meet the needs of patients with complex disease states, ConvergeHEALTH Patient Connect will help deliver coordinated care across its global enterprise.
