MELBOURNE, Australia, Aug. 21, 2018 – Last week at TEDx Melbourne the young team behind award-winning agency Your Creative launched Hassl – the project management platform taking on Trello and the likes. The tool is currently in beta stage and offering ‘Hassl Free’ accounts. In the first week teams from all over the globe have joined including Canada, America and the UK. They are reaching out to this global network of users to have their say, crowdsourcing next stage features through an in-app poll and feedback system.
The Hassl team has been selected to exhibit the SaaS tool at Forbes Under 30 Summit in Boston this October. With a social reach of 1.2 billion the Summit is a great opportunity for independent teams and spreading ideas. Speaking about the Summit, Co-Founder Lauren Crystal says “It’s an honour to showcase our product and Hassl’s vision to change how teams collaborate. It’ll be really great to represent Australian tech startups and bring some big ideas back home.”
Taking a people-centric approach, the platform increases productivity by creating a ‘Hassl free‘environment, allowing businesses to do more with less. Co-Founder Mitch Furlong says “Most of the features have come out of hassles we were finding in every day work life – hence the name. Our goal was deliberately kept simple — get rid of everyday stresses so we could focus on the good stuff. Now we’ve reached out our beta testers, asking them what they want next – what are their everyday stresses?”
Beyond the user-friendly platform, Hassl’s vision is to offer big data analysis to SMEs, implementing a data strategy where labelled data isn’t an afterthought but at the forefront. Says Mitch Furlong, “The big ASX listed companies all have data strategies, SMEs need to start planning ahead. If data is the new oil, Hassl can be mining for your business every day, ready to be analysed by an analyst or an algorithm.”
Hassl beta is offering ‘Hassl Free‘ accounts to first 1,000 users sign up at hassl.co.
