CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of Computer Modelling Group Ltd. (“CMG” or the “Company”) (TSX: CMG) today announces that Mr. Mark Robert Miller has been appointed to the Board of Directors effective October 23, 2019.
Mr. Miller serves as a director and Chief Operating Officer of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”), an international provider of market-leading software and services to a number of industries, both in the public and private sectors. He spends the majority of his time as Chief Executive Officer of Constellation subsidiaries, Volaris Operating Group (“Volaris”) and Trapeze Group. Volaris, with more than 150 offices in more than 30 countries, is focused on acquiring, strengthening and expanding vertical market software companies, while Trapeze Group is an operating company engaged in the development, installation and customization of intelligent transportation systems. Mr. Miller received a B.Sc. in Statistics and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from McMaster University and attended the Executive Marketing Program at the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. As well as serving as a director of Constellation, Mr. Miller currently serves as a director of IOVIA, a private technology company.
