(TSXV: AMH) (OTCQB: AMEFF) (“Appreciated Media” or the “Corporation“) announces that the completion of the audit of the Corporation’s audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2020 has been delayed due to financial statement preparation and audit processes having been slowed due to changes in working conditions resulting from the impact of COVID-19 and measures taken to protect the public and contain the outbreak.
The Corporation expects its annual audited financial statements, accompanying management discussion & analysis and related officer certifications for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 to be completed and filed by November 3, 2020.
Management and insiders of the Corporation will be subject to a trading black-out policy that reflects the principles in section 9 of National Policy 11-207 – Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions.
The Corporation confirms that there have been no material developments, other than those disclosed through news releases, since the filing of its interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2020.
