Formed as a partnership between Good Samaritan Hospital and Bethesda Hospital, TriHealth includes five hospitals and over 100 other sites of care. Given its large footprint, the integrated health system wanted to make it easier for consumers to find the right provider at the right location, a key lever in driving competitive differentiation and brand loyalty. In planning the project, TriHealth recognized the importance of first constructing a standardized provider directory and worked with Kyruus to get this in place for its more than 1,000 providers.
