RLJ Lodging Trust Announces Dividends for Second Quarter of 2019

BETHESDA, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–RLJ Lodging Trust (the “Company”) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its
Board of Trustees has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of
$0.33 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable
on July 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2019. Based
on the Company’s common stock closing price of $18.06 on June 13, 2019,
the annualized $1.32 dividend represents a 7.3% yield.

The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4875
on the Company’s Series A Preferred Shares. The dividend is payable on
July 31, 2019, to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2019.
