PTC Forms Strategic Alliance with Vodafone Business, Enabling Customers to Develop New IoT and Augmented Reality Applications

Alliance Pairs PTC’s Rapid IoT and Augmented Reality Application
Development, Expertise, and Ecosystem with Vodafone’s Global IoT Platform

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#DigitalTransformationPTC
(NASDAQ: PTC) and Vodafone Business today announced from the LiveWorx®
digital transformation event a strategic alliance that builds on
an existing three-year relationship
and will enable customers across multiple industry segments to rapidly
develop and deploy revenue-generating IoT and AR applications.

Commencing in June 2019, this alliance will combine the strengths of
both companies to enable customers to more simply create an end-to-end
solution to solve business challenges. These challenges could include
improving the customer experience, reducing the cost of operations, or
building better products and services. By enabling smart decision-making
capabilities, supporting rapid development, and tapping into existing
expertise, the companies aim to significantly reduce extended
development processes, enabling companies to scale at a much quicker
pace.

Granite and certain of its executives are charged with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.

On August 2, 2019, pre-market, the Company disclosed disappointing 2Q2019 financial results including revenue of $789.5M and $114.2M in revenue reductions due to previously disclosed non-cash charges related to four legacy joint venture projects.

On this news, the price of Granite’s shares plummeted.

Schneider began her GEICO career in 2007 in the pricing & product management division. She has held several positions within the division, with pricing & product management responsibility for five of the company’s 10 regional offices: Fredericksburg, Virginia; Woodbury, New York; Buffalo, New York; Tucson, Arizona; and San Diego, California.
