OLDWICK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AM Best Managing Director, Industry Relations, Research and Public Relations Jeff Mango will participate in a discussion on the rating agency’s criteria on insurer innovation at the upcoming Drake Risk and Opportunity Forum, which is scheduled for Oct. 26-27, 2023, in Des Moines, IA.
Mango’s session, titled, “Insurance Innovation Criteria and Impact,” will discuss AM Best’s perspectives on innovation and how the rating agency explicitly considers an insurance company’s innovation efforts in its rating process, as well as related benchmarking analysis. The session is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. (CDT) on Friday, Oct. 27. Jason Gross, vice president and head of platform of ManchesterStory, will moderate. Mango directs the strategy and communications department and is responsible for several teams that handle external communications with insurance industry market groups, public relations and industry research.
