OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#BakersBestHealth–The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Baker’s Health Products, Barton Cotton Religious Products & Services, Letter Arts Book Club f/d/b/a John Neal Books, and Smithfield Specialty Foods Group, LLC (collectively, the “compromised businesses”) with respect to a recent data breach experienced by their third party vendor, CommerceV3. Between June 29, 2023, and July 5, 2023, consumers were sent notice of data breach letters informing them that their sensitive confidential data was accessed by an unauthorized third-party. The confidential information unlawfully accessed includes: names, billing addresses, email addresses, and financial information (including account number, Credit/Debit Card Number [in combination with security code, access code, expiration dates, password or PIN for the account]).
