Federman & Sherwood Investigates Intellihartx, LLC for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#DataBreach–The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Intellihartx with respect to their recent data breach. On April 11, 2023, ITx discovered that its secure file transfer protocol provider, Fortra, was subject to a data breach impacting ITx’s patient information. On June 8, 2023, Intellihartx notified 489,830 patients that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to Intellihartx, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access from January 18, 2023 through February 2, 2023. Intellihartx determined that the information exposed in the data breach includes: names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical information (including diagnoses and medication), and health insurance information.
