Moses Singer Adds Litigator Paul Eckles

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#MosesSingerMoses Singer LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Paul Eckles as a partner in its Litigation Practice Group. Eckles joins the firm from K&L Gates, where he was a commercial disputes partner.

With more than 25 years of litigation and trial experience, Eckles’ diverse practice focuses on antitrust, breach of contract, unfair business practices, fraud, fiduciary duty, intellectual property and other complex litigation matters. He has successfully defended clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, sports, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer products, and health care. He also regularly advises clients in connection with government investigations, provides general antitrust counseling, and advises companies on supply chain issues.

Recent notable representations for Eckles include representing Teva Pharmaceuticals in defeating class certification in reverse payment antitrust litigation, representing a Tier 1 auto supplier in connection with supply chain disputes, and representing Deltec Bank in obtaining dismissal of a claim relating to the failed launch of a cryptocurrency.
