HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Following the success of Parc Binz I, a mixed-use development featuring offices and restaurants in the heart of Houston’s museum district, Balcor Commercial announces phase two: Parc Binz II.
“As Park Binz I is fully leased, we look forward to providing another high-quality development in this area of town,” says Chris Balat, Founder and Director of Balcor Companies.
Park Binz II has already began construction on the half-acre site located on Binz St. directly across from Park Binz I. The new 5-story development will contain roughly 40,000 square feet dedicated to office space and restaurants.
“Pre-leasing is going very well. We’ve had a great deal of interest from medical office and retail tenants,” said Balat.
Park Binz II is planning to open between late 2023 and early 2024.
