MIAMI LAKES, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NSI Insurance Group is part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies around the United States selected to participate in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big “I”) “Best Practices” Study Group based on overall excellence.
Despite more than 2,600 independent agencies throughout the U.S. being nominated to take part in the annual study, only 282 were selected after an intense review of their qualifications. In Florida, only 14 were chosen with NSI Insurance Group being the only agency to earn the distinction for seven consecutive years.
NSI Insurance Group was one of the few agencies selected based on its outstanding management and financial achievement in income and expense distribution, revenue and profitability growth, sales and service staff compensation and productivity, investment in technology, and carrier representation. Additional metrics included organic growth, profitability as a percentage of revenues, sales velocity not premium growth lift, mergers and acquisitions, and producer recruitment and development.
