OnBuy Dumbbells sought to discover the fitness brands we love wearing for working up a sweat in true style, having explored TikTok’s ‘FitTok’, for the brand with the most tags.

Topping the list is Nike, with a sizable 19.1 billion TikTok posts using the hashtag. The brand is famous in the fitness world and has collaborated with the likes of Kanye West, Lil Nas X and most notably former professional Basketball player Michael Jordan.
Following behind in second is Gymshark with 5.2 billion posts currently on TikTok. One of the youngest brands to feature, Gymshark have enjoyed a meteoric rise over the last few years, and have recently opened their first store in London.
In third with a whopping 4.7 billion hashtags is Adidas. The German brand has been around since the 40s, whilst Lululemon, a brand beloved by women for its leggings, perfect for low impact fitness such as yoga ranks fourth with 1.8 billion tags. And in fifth place is Puma with 1.5 billion views.

Methodology:
- OnBuy Dumbbells sought to discover the most popular fitness brands on TikTok by collating a seed list, having referred to articles citing the most popular.
- The 20 most commonly featured brands were then selected.
- OnBuy Dumbbells then searched for hashtags via TikTok, using only the brand name to collate results.
- Some brands were omitted as the hashtags featured could not be directly linked to the brand due to alternative meanings.
- This data is correct as of 23/01/2022 and is subject to change.
