The Kia Telluride was named an “Edmunds Top Rated SUV” for the third year in a row at the 2022 Edmunds Top Rated Awards. The Telluride was recognised by Edmunds for its outstanding performance in the market. The well-equipped three-row SUV continues to be popular with consumers, with sales up more than 35 percent year-over-year. The Telluride was the Kia brand’s best-selling car in November 2021. So far this year, 86,186 vehicles have been sold, showing that demand has continued unabated since the Telluride was introduced three years ago.

“We want to thank Edmunds once again, for recognizing the Telluride with its highest honor,” stated Sean Yoon, president & CEO, Kia North America, Kia America. “The award shows that Telluride continues to deliver on the promise of overall excellence in the competitive SUV market in the United States. In the spirit of never resting on our laurels, we have enhanced the Telluride for 2022 as we introduce more new customers to the Kia family through our award-winning SUV.”

Edmunds Top Rated Award winners are tested, ranked and selected by Edmunds editors from a group of finalists, each consisting of the top-rated new vehicles in their classes. Eligible vehicles in nine categories underwent the full Edmunds testing process and were evaluated based on handling, comfort, interior features, technology, storage space and value.

“The Kia Telluride provides an unbeatable combination of passenger comfort, helpful technology features and outstanding value,” added Alistair Weaver, Edmunds Editor-in-Chief.

A three-time winner of the Edmunds Top Rated Awards, the Telluride continues to enjoy popularity as a big, bold SUV and has set the bar high for all Kia vehicles. For 2022, the Telluride gets the new Kia emblem and a redesigned grille. Inside, the Telluride features a larger 10.25-inch navigation display, fully automatic temperature control and Highway Driving Assist for the LX and S trim levels, and navigation-based Smart Cruise Control-Curve for all trim levels.
