Inszone Insurance Services Acquires CBIA Insurance Agency

SACRAMENTO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#acquisition–Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of CBIA Insurance Agency.

CBIA Insurance Agency, a multifaceted agency primarily serving customers in the state of California, was founded in 2007 in Van Nuys, California by Mark and Kim Chandler. Following the transition, CBIA Insurance Agency employees will continue operating out of their current locations and servicing clients under Inszone Insurance.
