#tce2020ve – The Autumn Edition of TECH Conference Europe (virtual), took place on the 24th of November, and gathered several AI, Blockchain, Fintech, and Fashion Tech experts for a full day of talks and online networking.
The organizing team has been doing a great job this year and managed to adapt to the virtual layout, even launching a very own networking and conferencing platform.
In 2020, the TECH Conference Europe series have all gone virtual and two editions were held (Summer and Autumn). The conferences have gathered an overall 500 participants and 40 speakers per event. Besides the registered participants, the organizers have attracted over 12k viewers via the free live stream of the conference on YouTube.

Zoltán Tűndik, Co-Founder and Head of Business at Hipther Agency stated: “We are grateful and lucky to have the opportunity to create the TECH Conference Europe series in a virtual layout and encourage communications among the companies. I feel that such discussions should be always in the process of business development, even if we are not in pandemic times. We will continue to bring this opportunity for tech companies in 2021 and beyond, with many plans of expansions here at Hipther Agency”
In 2020 the conferences focused on bringing intriguing discussions about EdTech, Fintech, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Fashion Tech, Mobility, Environment, Marketing, Advertising, Outsourcing, and more to the “virtual table”. This year, the team has also launched the PICANTE MARKETING Summit, which is a marketing industry-focused conference.
Among the top speakers in 2020, you can find talks from Jennifer Morgan (Greenpeace International Executive Director), Erja Retzén (Senior Managing Director, Global Listing Services at Nasdaq), Sukhi Jutla (COO & Co-founder at MarketOrders), Filipa Neto (Innovation Principal at Farfetch), Marek Kopanicky (Consultant at Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency), Märt Aro (Co-Founder at DreamApply and European EdTech Alliance), Victoria Gago, CertITM (Co-Founder at the European Blockchain Convention), Johan Friis (Co-Founder at Zimpler), Roxana Nasoi (Strategic Advocate for Privacy and Open Source. The participants of the events’ series were very keen to compliment the organizers and here are some of the testimonials that have been sent after the events:
“For such a complex topic as AI ethics, it is very important to involve all the representatives from different fields such as IT, science, government, law, and even the philosophy. I really appreciate the opportunity to be one of those to talk about the risks and the need for structure and balanced regulations. Still, looking forward very optimistically with the perspective that there is no right or wrong, black or white AI future. When talking and working together with all the parties involved the is a great chance to create the supply of solutions that would be accountable, secure and human rights centric.” – Kamilė Valatkaite (Legal Counsel at Telia Company)
“TECH Conference Europe is an amazing hub, that even being virtual, allows us to make valuable contacts, find like-minded professionals, and inspire productive cooperation. The conference is not simply about technology as a tool. It is about the journey technology-fueled. This journey is actually changing important spheres of everyday life – Education, Health, Finance of Fashion. Yes, I argue that Fashion is also an important part of our life – whether you look at it as the second-largest polluter, the blast of creativity, a marketing tool, or something that has completely changed. Once the change is happening – it is wise to be part of it – to understand it, to make a positive impact. Knowledge sharing is one of many ways to do that.
The organizers have not only a fantastic network and a clear understanding of what professionals need, but also that intuition for connecting dots – that can only be built with time. Great thanks for allowing to be part of this!” – Jovita Gabnienė (Attorney at Law, Head of Litigation & Investigations Team at Ellex Valiunas) – TCE Baltics Ambassador
“Once again, Zoltan Tuendik and his team have produced an event that hosted an amazing variety of topics. As the leading law firm focusing on the online and tech sectors, we were thrilled to be given the opportunity to be the legal sponsors of the event and to moderate two exciting panels. The discussions were interesting and stimulating and the networking opportunities were great. We look forward to participating in future events.” – Tal Itzhak Ron (Advocate, Certified Computer Scientist, and Notary)
“Great discussion with my peer group on FashionTech and such a great turnout of viewers (surprisingly, I must admit). Congratulations Techconference.eu!” – Ieva Zubavičiūtė (Recruitment Advisor | Angel Investor in Positive Fashion)
“It was a pleasure to connect with people who understand that open finance comes with both benefits and risks.
A constructive discussion that was worth the time. I could only imagine how this would have worked out in person, but we must adapt to the current times.
Thanks to Zoltan and the team for putting together a good event.” – Roxana Nasoi (Strategic Advocate for Privacy and Open Source. CSO at i25s ApS (Tagion Protocol))
“We got to cover highly relevant and topical issues in our DeFi panel and the professional set up by the organizers made so seamless.” – Dr. Simon Planzer (Partner at PLANZER LAW)
“I always enjoy participating at the conference as the topics and panelists are always very engaging and my experience has been that a positive discussion emerges which combines the right amount of hindsight but also foresight on upcoming trends, challenges and opportunities.“ – JP Fabri (co-Founding Partner of Seed Consultancy)
