7 Beauty Tips for Beautiful Hair & Skin

Most of the people these days avoid using oil on their hair. But this grandma’s tip will do the trick. You can use plain coconut hair either at night or just 1 hour before shampooing. But if your hair is damaged, using warm oil will be beneficial.

Wash it with normal water after 5-10 minutes and get not only soft but smooth and shiny hair. 

Your hair needs moisturization, just like your face and the rest of the body. So, make it a part of your hair care routine. Beer serves as an excellent moisturizer for hair. Take some beer and pour it on the wet scalp and keep on massaging for about 15 minutes using your fingers. After that, wash thoroughly with ample water so that all the smell of beer vanishes. Do it every week and get smooth tresses just as you see on the TV ads. 

 

7. Hair Mask 

To rejuvenate your tired tresses, use some hair masks, at least twice a month. The homemade hair masks do wonders for hair. However, always use them according to your hair type. 

For Dry and damaged hair

If your hair is already damaged and very dry, using a protein mask will be helpful. Mix strawberry pulp, egg yolk, and one tablespoon of olive oil and apply it to the hair. After 30-40 minutes, wash with cold water. Your hair will start to regain its life from the first use. Strawberries have many antioxidants that act as a hair moisturizer, whereas the egg yolk protein makes the hair strong. 

For Oily Hair

The combination of egg whites and lemon juice work wonders for oily hair. Apply the mixture for about 20 minutes and then use a mild shampoo to wash it off. The citric acid present in lemon removes extra oil from both the hair and scalp, and egg white promotes hair growth.
