SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–PEMCO Mutual Insurance has bought two properties next to its Seattle headquarters building. The parcels are located between the PEMCO building on Dexter Avenue North and Lake Union.
The first parcel, on 1255 Westlake Avenue North, will continue to be leased by National Sign Corporation. The second is a parking lot south of that building. Another parking lot separates both parcels of land.
“Long-term real estate investment is core for PEMCO’s investment portfolio and led to our acquisition of real estate adjacent to our current headquarters,” said PEMCO CEO Stan McNaughton.
PEMCO has no immediate plans for further development of the property.
