(OTC PINK: DGDM) announced on December 13, 2019, that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Black Bird Potentials Inc., a Montana-licensed industrial hemp grower and a manufacturer and distributor of CBD products under its “Grizzly Creek Naturals” label.
