Silverfort Appoints Industry Veteran Mathew Varghese as VP of Sales, Americas

After building Duo Security’s worldwide sales organization at early-stage and serving in sales leadership roles at various cybersecurity companies, Varghese joins Silverfort to scale its sales and help meet growing demand

BOSTON & TEL AVIV, Israel–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Silverfort, the provider of Next-Generation Authentication solutions, today announced that Mathew Varghese has joined as VP of Sales, Americas. An industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience in cybersecurity sales, he will lead Silverfort’s sales and channel organization.

Prior to joining Silverfort, Mathew was the VP of North American Sales for Bromium (acquired by HP Inc.), Director of Worldwide Sales at Duo Security (Acquired by Cisco) and Director of Strategic Accounts at Tanium. He started his sales career as a pre-sales engineer at Tivoli Systems (acquired by IBM), led sales engineering teams at Aventail (acquired by SonicWall) and ArcSight (acquired by HP Software). Mathew has a bachelors’s degree in computer science from Wayne State University.
