Oslo, Norway, 21 November 2019: IDEX Biometrics ASA, a leading provider of advanced fingerprint identification and authentication solutions, will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Oslo on 12 December 2019 at 09:00 CET.
The primary purpose of the meeting is to resolve issue of the second tranche of shares in the private placement disclosed on Oslo Børs on 18 November 2019. In tranche two of the private placement, 64.6 million shares will be issued at NOK 0.75 per share, the same price as in tranche one. Tranche one and two combined amount to 120.0 million shares and provides NOK 90.0 million (USD 9.9 million) new equity to IDEX.
