As Assistant Vice President, Dunn will work with a broad range of organizations, delivering high-impact benefits solutions that reduce healthcare costs, facilitate talent retention, and increase overall performance.

Prior to joining Alliant, Dunn was an Employee Benefits Consultant with a national insurance and employee benefits consulting firm. He also has experience as a Human Capital Consultant, advising the C-suite on employee benefits, human resources, compliance, and talent retention. Dunn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Oregon University and is an active volunteer in his community with Judi’s House and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
