CALGARY, Alberta–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Further to Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench Court Order No. 1901-06704, Bearspaw Equity Ventures Limited (the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce its successful acquisition of the assets of “Bearspaw Country Club Ltd.” effective today, October 30, 2019. The Corporation is an Alberta private corporation, with former members of Bearspaw Country Club Ltd. holding, together as a group, the largest share position.
The Board of Directors of the Corporation wish to extend an invitation to past Bearspaw members and other interested parties to join them for a series of Town Hall presentations in early November where they will roll out the new non-equity “Bearspaw Membership Plan” with the intent of repopulating the club in the coming months. They will also speak about their plans for completing the new clubhouse. More information will be forthcoming on this.
