ST. MARTINVILLE, La.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Home Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) will award $6,000 in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funds to St. Teresa Center for the Works of Mercy, which provides free services to low-income individuals to help restore and foster their dignity.
