Fingerprint Strategies, an internationally lauded specialist in marketing branded homes, will market residences and oversee experiential, technology-driven sales gallery which will include a fully finished Four Seasons Private Residence to tour
NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville development partners The Congress Group Inc. and AECOM Capital today announced it would be opening a 4,500 SF Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville sales gallery in the project’s neighboring 222 Building.
The developers promise a comprehensive experience unlike anything ever introduced in Nashville to preview a residential project unlike any other in the city. The sales gallery will utilize immersive technology as well as premium show space to allow potential buyers to experience and select their chosen Four Seasons Private Residence using the latest groundbreaking technology.
The sales gallery will open publicly to prospective Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville buyers and brokers by private appointment only in January 2020, with sales to begin shortly thereafter. There will be 143 individual homes available for purchase.
“Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville will redefine what sophistication, service, and the quality of daily life can be in Nashville,” said Dean Stratouly, president of The Congress Group. “Words can’t do a Four Seasons Private Residence justice, so we are establishing an experience-driven sales gallery to show, not tell, what it means to live with Four Seasons. The space will immerse future residents, let them step into a uniquely designed residence, and offer a glimpse of an elegant world that for everyone who chooses to live here can call home.”
The sales gallery will be highlighted by a stunning and immersive multi-visual installation that seamlessly integrates a towering project model, digital renderings of the interior spaces, floorplans, and views from each home, across multiple hi-definition screens, all controlled by the sales team in real time.
The technology, utilized by the most exclusive new developments in leading cities across the globe, will enable people to imagine and feel the experience of being inside each of the 143 architecturally crafted homes. In addition, visitors will be able to walk through a show home to see in-person the elegantly designed kitchens and sumptuous living spaces.
Local touches within the sales gallery parallels how the project will remain authentically rooted in the art and culture of Nashville, highlighted by an imposing 8 feet by 14 feet brass and steel map of the city of Nashville commissioned from local artist Ferrin Ironworks. In addition the sales gallery will feature art from Toni Swarthout and photography from Bill Hobbs, BD Scott and David Morel.
The development team notes more surprises are in store for guests when the sales gallery is first fully experienced in January.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is strategically located adjacent to the Cumberland River, within a block of fresh and exciting culinary and nightlife experiences throughout SoBro and on Broadway, and just across the street from West Riverfront Park and the award-winning Ascend Amphitheater.
