DETROIT–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TCF Financial Corporation (TCF) (NASDAQ: TCF) and its subsidiaries announced today that they are lowering their prime rate to 5.00 percent from 5.25 percent, effective tomorrow, September 19, 2019.
