ROCKVILLE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Argan, Inc. (NYSE: AGX) announced today that on September 10, 2019 its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, payable October 31, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 23, 2019.
