NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Global independent agency G&S Business Communications (G&S) today announced the election of long-time leaders Caryn Caratelli and Stephanie D. Moore as shareholders with promotions to managing director. Both Raleigh, N.C.-based senior executives have made vital, agencywide contributions to business growth and operational excellence that have transformed the integrated communications firm, which was founded in 1971.
Caratelli joined G&S in 1999 and has counseled clients across diverse industries including agriculture, advanced manufacturing and building materials. Caratelli is also responsible for developing the agency’s digital and social strategy team, which employs a client-centered approach and explores the enablement of emerging media and marketing automation to meet business communications objectives. In addition, she serves as a senior advisor on critical agency initiatives to establish operational standards for project management workflow and communications measurement. Caratelli earned a B.A. in communication, with a concentration in public relations and minor in English, from Jacksonville State University, and a marketing strategy certificate from Cornell University.
A seasoned agribusiness communicator, Moore has worked at the forefront of sweeping changes in the industry throughout her 19 years at G&S. She oversees award-winning public relations and marketing communications programs that drive increased sales, strengthen customer loyalty and bolster brands amid fluctuations in the global economy and regulatory environment. Her agency leadership is also focused on employee development, recently playing a key role in helping to launch a performance management and learning platform for G&S. Moore is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in journalism and mass communications, specializing in public relations.
“Caryn and Stephanie have demonstrated keen business acumen while living G&S values as true team players who go above and beyond for their clients and employees,” said Luke Lambert, G&S president and CEO. “Both are agency leaders and communications practitioners whose unparalleled industry knowledge, creativity and dedication inspire others to strive for excellence. Their strategic thinking applied to agency operations and performance will be a welcome addition to planning for future growth.”
