Stratton Sales Agency Grosses $5.6 Million in High Ticket Sales in Its First 9 Months

PIERREFONDS, Quebec–(BUSINESS WIRE)–21-year-old CEO Ambro Di Pilato founded the Stratton Sales Agency 10 months ago and under his leadership, the agency has already grossed more than $5.6 million in high ticket sales across the globe. Di Pilato came to Stratton after 5 years in the high-ticket sales sector and after the creation of one of the largest pop-up art galleries in Montreal. After working as a sales representative for an agency, he cites his encounters with what he calls “unsavory business transactions” as the driving force behind Stratton’s inception. He began Stratton with a brand new vision: to start a high ticket sales agency that values authenticity and morality in a field full of scammers.

“I’ve seen it time and time again,” Di Pilato says. “Someone will grow their agency very quickly but decide not to fulfill everything they promised to their clients. They make quick money, but their agency is short-lived.”

Stratton connects with entrepreneurs and influencers to outsource the sales process. “It’s a very simple business model,” Di Pilato says. “There aren’t many moving parts.” His reps run through his coaching program and then start on a contract as a high ticket closer working on commission, where they can make $1,000 to $10,000 a day. “Honestly, they do better than me,” he says of the income. “And as long as they stay with the agency, there is no limit to the coaching they receive.”

In conjunction with his company’s morality-focused vision, Di Pilato stresses the importance of following through on promises to his team. Di Pilato doesn’t pay himself on salary–all business transactions between him and his employees are personally closed. “That way, if there ever was a lawsuit or if a client decided not to pay or something along those lines, my reps would be paid regardless,” Di Pilato says, referring to the previous agency he worked for, one that failed to pay him on his last contract and is now facing class-action lawsuits.

With the Stratton Sales Agency, Di Pilato uses much of what he’s seen in his sales experience as examples of what not to do, especially when it comes to perception versus fulfillment.

“I’m trying to bring morality to the education sector because unfortunately, in this space, it’s very easy to create a perception of yourself that’s not true by using social media platforms,” he says. “It’s easy for some guys to take pictures on private jets and claim to be e-com gurus and then provide something that’s not going to make someone better off financially.”

Through Stratton, Di Pilato intends to bring a new experience to clients and staff alike by championing authenticity and refusing to propagate scams and get-rich-quick schemes.

“I want to continue to work with bigger and bigger companies,” he says. “My aim is to create something long-term and lasting.”
