Crest Volvo Cars is breaking ground on an all-new, state-of-the-art facility on Sept. 4, 2019, and there are many exciting changes in store that will benefit future customers. The groundbreaking ceremony marks the beginning of a journey that will move the dealership from Plano to Frisco, Texas.
The forthcoming facility is designed specifically with the store’s clients in mind. It will offer a visually appealing environment with elegant Scandinavian design elements throughout. This includes a new waiting area that will have a welcoming atmosphere with lots of natural light, comfortable lounge seating, large screen TVs and a refreshment bar.
Other top highlights of the facility include a new car delivery area, espresso bar, Volvo parts boutique, and charging stations for the growing number of hybrid and full all-electric Volvo models. In addition, a new top-of-the-line auto repair facility will be constructed, and it will house numerous service bays and high-end equipment.
A new VIP Digital Customer Engagement Area will also be included to accommodate shoppers who choose to complete most of their vehicle purchase online. The new area will ensure a seamless transition from the online shopping experience to the dealership, where there will be designated specialists ready to assist with completing any final phases of the purchasing or leasing process.
When Crest Volvo Cars moves to Frisco, Texas, it will complete the Crest campus of luxury car brands. With the construction of a new facility, the dealership anticipates being able to better serve customers.
