(“Bluestem” or the “Company”) (OTCMKTS: BGRP) today announced that it plans to report the Company’s financial results that include its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bluestem Brands, Inc. and its subsidiaries, for the 13- and 26-weeks ended August 2, 2019 and August 3, 2018, on Monday, September 16, 2019, after market close.
