Andersen Tax Welcomes Heather Harman to the US National Tax Practice

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#accounting–Andersen Tax welcomes Managing Director Heather Harman to the US National Tax (USNT) practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Heather joins the firm with over 16 years of public accounting experience with subject matter expertise on domestic tax issues, including income recognition, inventory methods, and cost recovery.

Prior to joining Andersen Tax, Heather served as the legislation tax accountant for the Joint Committee on Taxation of the United States Congress. In this role, she was involved in the drafting and reviewing of tax legislation, specifically the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA). Heather also previously practiced in the national offices of two of the Big Four firms.

Heather received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and her Master of Science Degree in Taxation from DePaul University.
