Citi Appointed as Successor Depositary Bank for BB Seguridade Participações S.A.’s ADR Program

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Citi’s Issuer Services business, acting through Citibank, N.A., has been appointed by BB Seguridade Participações S.A. (BB Seguridade), a Brazil-based insurance company, as successor depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipts (“ADR”) program.

BB Seguridade’s ADRs are traded on the over-the-counter (OTC) market, under the symbol “BBSEY.” Each ADR represents one common share of BB Seguridade.
