In this role, Scheiring is responsible for working with client Compensation Committees and senior management across a wide range of executive compensation and governance issues.

Scheiring, who is a member of Pay Governance’s Pittsburgh office, works with both public and private companies across a variety of industries. He has been an executive compensation consultant for 17 years, having previously worked with Towers Watson before joining Pay Governance when the firm was founded a decade ago.
