Prior to joining ZRG, Larry has worked for two global executive search firms, including Spencer Stuart, where he focused on executive search in the Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Aviation and Industrial practices.
In addition to his depth of executive search experience, Larry has also held country manager/managing director positions for several multinational firms in Latin America for Forever Living Products, Garcoa Laboratories in Latin America, and also worked with Amway Corporation. As the CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico, the largest U.S. chamber outside of the U.S., he worked with leaders of multinational companies in an array of industries to help them further their businesses in Mexico, while assisting in the improvement of the corporate environment nationally. Additionally, Larry served as Vice President of the Association of the American Chambers in Latin America and has experience in the aviation industry, working for 10 years with American Airlines as country manager for Mexico, with additional regional responsibilities in the Caribbean and South America.
