NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Concord Group, a national real estate advisory firm with offices in Newport Beach, San Francisco, Atlanta and New York, is announcing that Michael D. Reynolds and Timothy C. Cornwell have become equity partners in the company, positioning them to guide its long-term growth and reshape its management.

Founded in 1995, The Concord Group provides strategic advice, market opportunity analysis, programming and investment analytics for all real estate asset classes across the U.S. and abroad. Clients include institutional investors, builders, developers and public agencies.
Reynolds joined The Concord Group in 1999 and is a principal in the Newport Beach office. He specializes in the valuation and programming of master-planned residential communities, commercial land, and urban mixed-use real estate projects, and is responsible for overseeing the national consulting and research teams. Reynolds is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College.
Cornwell, a principal in the San Francisco office, has a specialty focus on multifamily, urban mixed-use, redevelopment and affordable housing. Cornwell is active in SPUR and Lambda Alpha in San Francisco and is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Urban Development Mixed Use Product Council. In 2016, Urban Land Magazine named Cornwell to its “40 under 40” list, which recognizes the best young land-use professionals from around the globe. He has been with The Concord Group since 2002 and is a graduate of Pomona College.
