ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ben Franklin Financial, Inc. (OTC PINK: BFFI) (the “Company”), the holding company for Ben Franklin Bank of Illinois, today announced that the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to elect directors and ratify the Company’s selection of an accounting firm will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Additional information regarding the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, including the record date, will be disclosed in the Company’s Proxy Statement to be sent to stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
