DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”) (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended June 30, 2019, representing an increase of 3% compared to the dividends paid in third quarter 2018. This dividend is payable on August 30, 2019, to stockholders of record on August 16, 2019.
