Magdalena Racing is a newly formed company that will be led by CEO, Ken McPeek. Mr. McPeek is an experienced horseman who has a successful track record as a buying agent at elite yearling sales. Mr. McPeek is a multiple graded-stakes winning trainer who stables and races horses at Keeneland, Churchill Downs, Gulfstream Park and Saratoga, among other tracks, and keeps a portion of the horses he trains under his care at his Magdalena Farm in Lexington, Kentucky.

After completing its offering, Magdalena Racing will acquire, hold and attempt to profit from the performance of a portfolio of thoroughbred racehorses.
