CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, has named Annette Fryzel to the role of Director of Business Development, a new position that will support the growth of Baird & Warner agents and loan officers in the company’s mortgage affiliate, Key Mortgage.
This new position marks the next step in the company’s focus on making real estate easier with a one-stop shopping experience. In her role at Baird & Warner, Annette’s focus will be maximizing the relationships between agents and loan officers to drive business and provide true 360-degree service to homebuyers.
