ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AmericanValues–The Sounds of 76 Company Music, LLC is excited to announce the renewed release of the Sounds of 76 – American Values Educational Package, a unique collection of patriotic music and dramatizations of famous speeches and writings in celebration of the 243rd ‘birthday’ of the United States of America. The company has updated these recordings with narrations of historical facts of how, when and why these songs and speeches were written and will officially re-release them to the public on July 4, 2019.
“Our primary goal is to educate the next generation of Americans who have never heard these powerful speeches and patriotic songs by promoting civics in both the classroom and the living room. Too many of us, young and old, have forgotten the basic tenets of U.S. history and of how this great nation was first created. The Sounds of 76 hopes to inspire all Americans through this educational package and celebrate the democratic principles that our nation was founded on,” stated Joey DiFrancesco, President, Sounds of 76 Company Music.
The American Values collection features voice actors portraying Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and Abraham Lincoln speaking the powerful words of the “Declaration of Independence”, the “Gettysburg Address” the “Preamble of the Constitution” and “Give me Liberty or Give Me Death.” The package also contains some of the most famous patriotic music played by the Sounds of 76 Continental Army Band including “Yankee Doodle” a song that is said to have been played when Gen. Cornwallis surrendered to Gen. George Washington at Yorktown to end the war of independence, the “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” “America the Beautiful” and “Dixie” that was said to be President Abraham Lincoln’s favorite song.
