Keller Rohrback Elects Ryan McDevitt and Matthew Gerend to Partnership Positions

SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Keller Rohrback is proud to announce that Ryan McDevitt and Matt Gerend have been named our newest partners, effective July 1, 2019.

Ryan McDevitt practices in Keller Rohrback’s Complex Litigation Group, where he focuses on ensuring fairness in the marketplace on behalf of consumers, investors, and innovators. In addition to these and other automotive matters, Ryan has experience litigating cases involving consumer protection and antitrust claims, securities fraud and financial mismanagement, intellectual property infringement, and federal labor law violations in state and federal courts across the country. Before joining Keller Rohrback, Ryan served as a law clerk in the Antitrust Division of the Washington Attorney General’s Office.

Matthew Gerend also practices in the Complex Litigation Group, representing employees, investors, and consumers in litigation to redress harms stemming from breaches of fiduciary duties, investment fraud, and other corporate misconduct. Matt often focuses on litigation brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) to protect employees’ retirement security and to ensure their access to affordable healthcare. Matt became interested in the laws protecting employee benefits as a clerk with AARP Foundation Litigation. Matt also previously worked as an intern with the Community Development Project at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

Please join Keller Rohrback in congratulating Ryan and Matt!
