Jay joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage in 2017 as Senior Vice President of National Retail Lending. His promotion is based on his outstanding performance in growing and evolving the Retail Division and culture of Sierra Pacific while making strategic improvements throughout the organization.
In his new role – created to make use of his skills and knowledge – Jay will be responsible for managing all of Production and Marketing. This will include creating and implementing strategies for growing Sierra Pacific’s market share for all divisions: Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Direct and Correspondent.
